Ford Escort Mexico Rally Car - << CLICK FOR PICTURES

A local farmer was preparing this Mexico Rally Car for the South African Rally. He had taken the Escort shell and modified and reinforced it and fitted the rollcage. Whilst all the welding work was to an exceptional standard all the panels were badly buckled and dented. Our job was to repair all the panel work and repaint the entire shell inside and out and the rollcage yellow and the bonnet, roof-vent and dashboard matt black to concourse standard.

The car was in for a tidy-up respray having sustained various amounts of gel-coat cracking from racing. The owner hadregel-coated the damaged areas, our job was to strip-out, make good the repairs, prime and flat and repaint car to customers requirements.
