The shell as delivered. The black primer needs to be stripped back to bare metal and all dents and ripples to be repaired.

The body shell is etched primed before the 2k high build primer is applied.

The high build primer is then blocked out by hand to eliminate any slight ripples and imperfections in the body filler. It is then ready for top coat.

It takes two people to top coat the interior and rollcage due to the length of time taken to paint tubular steel (rollcage).

All of the interior has to be masked off to prevent any overspray whilst top-coating the exterior panels.

The body shell is now finished and ready for the customer to take back and fit out ready for the rally.

The finished project all ready for shipment to South Africa.
